You know, the most difficult part of making these pages is making the background tones...
The background gets boring and it's easier to convey certain feelings with random things going on in the background like floating question marks and stuff, but it's so difficult to make ones that look weird. The first panel was supposed to have some kind of wavey "oh no" looking pattern, but I couldn't accomplish that for some reason. :| And the second-to-last panel with Myran's pattern was supposed to give you an "uhhh...." feeling, but I just didn't know how to do that. xD

catqueen13 - Haha, it's probably nothing, Myran just sort of assumes things. He thinks Dirk has issues just because he doesn't smile a lot.

manga333666 - D'aww, thanks :D I used to read Megatokyo a few years ago...I lost track of it since I read it online, and it felt like a week later there were already 600 new pages. xD;

Abt_Nihil - Yup! I actually drew her that way by accident, but it really works out like that, lol. And thaaanks, I'll try to out-do the V-day cards with....umm...what's the next holiday?

Gah! Your replies are confusing me, because I never remember what I'd typed, and then I have to go back a page just to check it out.
I think Myran reminds me a bit of myself, only more clueless and less paranoid.
I started laughing when I read the title of this page because I just knew what was gonna happen. And it's funny.

In my mind this whole page is hilarious. I don't exactly know how much the background affects my reading experience, but I can definitely relate to the problem of having to draw boring backgrounds over and over again. Especially setting scenes in average homes or offices is a pain T__T But I'm probably just bad at designing average homes and offices ^^

So, I was about to comment about how Myran's bare, naked neck makes me cold, but then I realized that Cyrillia is actually wearing much less ... And that makes me cold too. xD
